Do you need to come to me?
Most fixes happen remotely. If the device won't start, on-site or drop-off is available where we can reach you.
Will I lose my files?
We back up before anything risky, and tell you first if there is any chance of loss.
What if you can't fix it?
You only pay what you approved. If we can't fix it, we tell you why and what your options are.
